Begin in Delhi, where the Red Fort, Qutub Minar, India Gate, and the labyrinthine lanes of Chandni Chowk offer a vivid portrait of a city that has witnessed empires rise and fall across three thousand years.
In Agra, the Taj Mahal at sunrise — the world's most famous monument to love — is the centrepiece of the tour. The Agra Fort's red sandstone ramparts and the delicate Itimad-ud-Daulah (the 'Baby Taj') extend one of the most architecturally extraordinary days in world travel.
Jaipur, the Pink City, follows with its royal triumvirate: Amber Fort's hilltop splendour, the still-inhabited City Palace, and the UNESCO Jantar Mantar astronomical observatory. The bazaars of Johari and Bapu offer the finest gems, textiles, and block-printed fabrics in Rajasthan.
From Jaipur, a day trip — or overnight stay — to Pushkar completes the journey. Pushkar is one of the five sacred dhams (pilgrimage sites) of Hinduism, built around a holy lake created, according to legend, by a lotus petal dropped by Lord Brahma. The Brahma Temple on the lake's western shore is one of only a handful of temples in the world dedicated to the Creator — a place of profound spiritual significance. The lakeside ghats, the 52 bathing steps, the bazaars selling Rajasthani handicrafts and rose water, and the extraordinary Pushkar Camel Fair (held annually in November) make this a wholly unique Indian experience.

Welcome to India! Your representative meets you at the airport and transfers you to your hotel. The afternoon is free to explore Connaught Place or Janpath Market — a gentle introduction to India's capital.
A full day across both Delhis. New Delhi: Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb, India Gate, and Rashtrapati Bhavan drive. Old Delhi: the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, and a classic rickshaw ride through the ancient lanes of Chandni Chowk.
Drive to Agra (3–4 hours). Visit the imposing Agra Fort — UNESCO World Heritage and Mughal stronghold in red sandstone — and the Itimad-ud-Daulah's Tomb (the 'Baby Taj'). Evening rooftop dinner with Taj Mahal views across the Yamuna.
Rise early for the Taj Mahal at dawn — the most celebrated view in India. After breakfast and checkout, drive toward Jaipur via the UNESCO ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri — built by Emperor Akbar in 1571 and abandoned within 15 years. Arrive Jaipur and check in.
A full day in the Pink City. Amber Fort by jeep for the Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Mirrors) and panoramic views. City Palace (still home to the Maharaja). Jantar Mantar UNESCO observatory. The extraordinary five-storey Hawa Mahal. Evening in Johari Bazaar.
Drive west from Jaipur to Pushkar (about 2.5 hours) via the holy city of Ajmer — home of the Dargah Sharif, the shrine of the Sufi saint Moinuddin Chishti, one of the most important Islamic pilgrimage sites in India. Arrive in Pushkar, a small holy town of extraordinary atmosphere. Visit the Brahma Temple — one of very few temples in the world dedicated to the Creator God. Walk the 52 ghats around the sacred lake, where pilgrims have bathed for centuries. Explore the bazaars for tie-dye fabric, silver jewellery, rose water (Pushkar is famous for its roses), and Rajasthani miniature paintings. Evening: sunset from the Savitri Temple hilltop overlooking the lake and town.
A peaceful final morning in Pushkar — perhaps an early walk around the lake as the town wakes and the priests begin the morning puja. Drive back to Delhi (about 6 hours) for your onward flight from Indira Gandhi International Airport. The tour concludes on arrival at the airport.

The Pushkar Camel Fair (Pushkar Mela) is one of the world's most extraordinary events — held annually for 5 days around the Kartik Purnima full moon (typically November). Over 200,000 visitors and 50,000 camels, horses, and cattle descend on the desert town for trading, racing, folk performances, and the full moon bathing ritual on the lake. It is simultaneously a livestock market, a pilgrimage, and a festival. If your travel dates coincide with the fair, we strongly recommend extending your Pushkar stay to 2–3 nights and booking accommodation well in advance (camps and tents are set up around the fair grounds). We can organise this as part of your itinerary.
Pushkar is an entirely vegetarian town — no meat, fish, or eggs are served anywhere in the holy city, and alcohol is also prohibited. This is strictly enforced. The food is excellent — Rajasthani thali, malpua (sweet pancakes), lassi, and the town's famous rose milk. If you are not vegetarian, simply enjoy Pushkar's extraordinary cuisine for one meal; your other meals throughout the tour include non-vegetarian options.
